  • Lindsay is a physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience spanning outpatient orthopedics and school-based pediatrics. Driven to bring healthcare innovation to overlooked populations, she co-founded Augment Therapy in 2017 and now leads the strategy, partnerships, and vision behind the ARWell products and MOCAST™, the company's patented computer vision platform. She also heads all capital formation and growth efforts, raising funds from notable angel and venture investors. An accomplished speaker on entrepreneurship, healthcare, and immersive technology, Lindsay has taken the stage across the U.S. and internationally, including at the United Nations in 2024. She calls Augment Therapy the most rewarding work of her life, sitting at the intersection of business, cutting-edge technology, and physical rehabilitation.

  • Steve’s career in the tech industry has spanned over 30 years, including 8 years focused primarily on creating literacy software and animated content for children with Lexia Learning Systems. He also has previous experience working in the medical technology sector, as he was the Senior Developer of MedActionPlan.com and MyMedSchedule.com for 12 years.

    Steve’s work as a software developer is supplemented by his background in music composition which he uses to facilitate engagement, particularly in software meant for children. Steve is passionate about motivating children through music and believes that kids aren’t given enough credit for their open and sophisticated musical taste – he has found that even the youngest children respond positively to “classical” music and instruments and are fascinated by music from different cultures.

  • Elise is a research scientist specializing in biomechanics, movement disorders, and motion capture technology, with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Cleveland State University. She leads Augment Therapy's research efforts, studying how the platform impacts children, individuals with disabilities, and older adults across a range of settings.  Her favorite game is Hide and Seek because of the joy and accomplishment she sees on her son’s face when he finds all the Peridots!

  • Before joining Augment Therapy in 2018, Lisa was a course lecturer and PhD student at McGill University, teaching undergraduate courses on Hinduism. At Augment Therapy, Lisa works closely with the developers, QA, and customer success to ensure that the focus is always on solving our user’s biggest problems. Lisa’s favorite game is iWall; not only is it fun, but it’s a great example of how we use feedback to improve our product. The best part of Lisa’s job is working with Amy and the developers to solve the most difficult problems.

  • Wayne has spent his career supporting end users across a variety of fields — most of them unrelated to one another, except for one constant: working directly with people and earning a level of professional trust they may not find anywhere else. At Augment Therapy, he pairs customer support with a substantial amount of product testing and analysis, always looking for ways to make the experience better. Wayne loves working for a company that benefits its customers in a real and positive way, and he'd tell you the whole team feels the same. It's not just a job — it's a mission.

  • After more than twenty years in technology and business consulting, Carmen found herself yearning for a more mission-oriented career — a search that led her to Augment Therapy. Having faced several health challenges of her own, she understands firsthand the impact healthcare innovation can have. Named a Top Female Leader in Technology Innovation by Consulting Magazine, Carmen has been featured in publications including InformationWeek, IEEE Transmitter, and CIO Magazine. She holds a Master's in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University. At Augment Therapy, she supports strategic projects and keeps the daily operations running smoothly. In a moment when so much of the conversation is about the evils of technology, Carmen loves using tech to enable good in the world — and as the owner of a serious sweet tooth, her favorite game is Snackland, played alongside her pal Cookie Monster.

  • David is an award-winning composer, sound designer, and educator with over 30 years experience in creating music for classical and commercial media. He has a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and a Master of Music in Composition from the University of Toronto.

  • Matthew is an experienced Unity developer with a track record of building cross-platform applications and immersive experiences for Oculus Quest, Android, iOS, and the web. He also brings hands-on experience in machine learning and computer vision, training and integrating ML models to power intelligent features in production applications. At Augment Therapy, he develops and maintains the company's cross-platform Unity apps, with a current focus on bringing the existing solution to a web-based environment — implementing new features, creating animations, and sharpening performance and usability along the way. He stays because he's always learning, and because the company backs professional growth with a healthy work-life balance.

  • Devin is an award-winning game developer, programmer, and artist with eight years of professional experience across shipped and unreleased titles in the educational and "serious games" spaces, including work with the Neag School of Education, Historiated Games, MissionUS, and Meta. He has also earned recognition for several personal game projects, which he develops and releases for free. At Augment Therapy, Devin owns the design, development, maintenance, and content pipeline behind an incredibly broad range of game experiences for iOS, Windows, and beyond. (As resident class clown, he also considers team morale his responsibility — a burden he takes seriously.) For Devin, no perk beats watching patients, especially kids, playing joyfully in activities he helped create. It never gets old.

  • Grace has been making games independently since 2020, with a focus on health and wellness — and a healthy dose of fantasy. She holds a BFA in Design and produces 2D assets across the board, from UX/UI to character designs to logos. At Augment Therapy, she handles the graphic design and visual assets that bring the apps to life. A firm believer that video games can be an effective bridge between teaching, health, and fun, Grace finds real fulfillment in being part of a team whose work helps people improve their quality of life. She also loves the culture: a place where people genuinely care about each other's wellbeing, with real structures in place to support work-life balance and a positive environment.

  • Dawud is a Cleveland State University graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Rehabilitation Engineering. For as long as he can remember, he's wanted to bring — and restore — ability to people with limited physical ability, a mission he has a personal stake in, having been born with cerebral palsy. At Augment Therapy, he focuses on product development and testing and lends a hand with research when needed. The company aligns perfectly with what drives him: giving people, especially kids, a better quality of life through advanced technology.

  • Paul has been building technology in the ed tech and med tech worlds since 1994, working with companies of every size and ambition along the way. He co-founded Symphony Learning in 2006 and brings deep experience in turning great ideas into products people actually use. At Augment Therapy, he works alongside the development and product teams to deliver services that are powerful, secure, and genuinely helpful. What keeps him here is simple: creative, talented colleagues who are committed to helping others. Ask him for a favorite Augment Therapy game and he'll point to Color Ball — the purpose and the fun are obvious from the first minute.

  • As Vice President, Chief Digital Transformation Officer & Chief Digital Officer at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, Omkar Kulkarni leads digital and operational transformation by developing and deploying transformative products that improve patient access, operational efficiency, financial performance, growth, team member engagement and patient family experience.

    He holds a Master of Public Health, Health policy and Management from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health.


  • Sree is a Managing Partner for BlueTree VC Fund I, a Series A investment fund headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. As Managing Partner, he leverages his background in engineering, law, and business to assist portfolio companies to efficiently use their capital to bring solutions for unresolved need in large markets. BlueTree, and Sree specifically, focus on helping Midwest companies efficiently use their limited capital to develop a strong business foundation while addressing a market need to position each company for acqusition.

    Prior to becoming the Managing Partner, Sree worked for BlueTree Capital Group as Executive Director leading the Due Diligence team and assisting in Deal Flow activities. He serves as a Board Member and Board Observer for multiple high-growth companies as he helps guide their strategic growth.

    Sree has also worked as an IP litigator and an IP prosecutor at two top law firms, Ropes and Gray and Sterne Kessler, as well as Assistance Chief IP Counsel for Dynamics, Inc. In addition, he was a validation engineer and team lead for Intel’s microprocessor design business unit. Sree’s prior work experience spans various fields including artificial intelligence, data analytics, and ASIC design.

    In service to the greater community, Sree is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Carnegie Science Center and a speaker, both nationally and internationally, on topics related to IP Strategy and Strategic Growth.

    Sree holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, a JD from The George Washington University Law School, a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from CMU, as well as a Bachelor’s in Cognitive Science.

  • Miles is a strategic advisor and innovation executive with over two decades of product management experience, specializing in technology-enabled, impact-driven experiences for children and families. As the former Vice President of Digital Production at Sesame Workshop, he led global product management for the brand's interactive portfolio, driving a digital transformation that earned his teams two Emmys, a Peabody, and a BAFTA. A pioneer in early childhood educational technology, he founded Sesame's Content Innovation Lab, forging R&D partnerships with Microsoft, IBM Watson, Intel, Amazon, and various startups. Operating as a zero-to-one product manager and executive leader, he incubated groundbreaking concepts and translated complex technical breakthroughs into user-facing products built on conversational AI and other emerging technologies. Miles’ teams have shipped hundreds of digital products that have reached millions of users globally. A former digital agency founder and patented inventor, Miles advises frontier startups, mentors at Brown University’s Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship, and serves on The New School’s Technical Advisory Board

  • Kaitlyn O’Connor is a strategic partner for healthcare innovators, combining deep regulatory expertise with a business-first approach. As Co-Founder and Partner at Elevare Law, she helps digital health companies scale efficiently and unlock growth opportunities through creative legal strategy.

    Her clients include global wearable and remote monitoring companies, leading value-based care delivery platforms, and high-growth startups across pediatric care, AI, mental and behavioral health, extended reality, and more.


  • Matthew is a software engineer with over a decade of experience building web applications and cloud-based solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure. His career has taken him through healthcare, education, and enterprise technology, helping teams ship reliable, scalable software. At Augment Therapy, he develops and maintains backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure powering the administrative tools that support therapists, patients, and clinical programs. He finds it rewarding to see his work directly improve therapy experiences — and appreciates a collaborative team and a steady stream of interesting technical challenges.
